      We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review, and acknowledge your feelings and experience. We do a salary review against other similar sized non-profits in our space and location every few years to make sure we are staying competitive in the market, and offer a great compensation package including full benefits, paid time off, and other perks and services to make sure employees feel valued.

      The mission is great and really motivating to serve the community. Mostly good teammates that want to help.

      Cons

      Strong themes of micromanagement from the way the vacation policy (no Flex Time etc) works to the way proper responsibility and trust is not always given.
