- No employee loyalty
- Low pay for DSP's
- No set schedule
- Expect your paycheck to be wrong on a very consistent basis
- Upper management is extremely cliquey and unprofessional
- If you do not stay a year, you owe the company $900 for "training"
- When things go wrong, it is always your fault, even if you follow protocols and are usually taken off schedule and are unable to work
- This company does great things in theory, but it does nothing for its employees except make their lives extremely difficult
- If you are considering working here, please don't. The turnover rate is astronomical and almost every employee (except upper management) has serious problems with the company
