      Pros

      Every step of the onboarding and training process has been great! It's refreshing to work for a company that has 'it' together. The team leads give you enough freedom to try and figure things out, but support you when/if needed. I can't sing their praises enough. Coworkers have also been great and helpful.

      Cons

      I really have no cons to provide.

      Pros

      the culture is the biggest PRO- New to the company and not feeling like the "new kid" has been great. True team work, since of togetherness even though we are all remote. Truly helps to not feel isolated and I know I can ask for help and get it. :)

      Cons

      No team events. Would like to see at least 1 annual event where we can come together face to face

      Pros

      Work from home culture, systems are easy to use and set the individual up for success. Great culture, leadership and team members. Very collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Health benefits cost too much and is lacking some extra benefits like plan options and flex spending. But not so much that I would leave the company.
