Great pay, reasonable workload, coworkers are not too overworked to help you if you get stuck, everyone is nice and is willing to assist if you ask them, great benefits (low cost and good coverage) and awesome PTO benefits, work from home.

Pros

Then Engineering Group provides opportunity to Grow and Learn new things. you get to learn many different Technologies which is rare in this day and age. yes it fast paced but work is supposed to be, plus work from home.

Cons

nothing that is a major concern

Toxic Environment

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Work from home is the only benefit

Cons

-One day of onboarding, if that. -PTO also includes sick time so you only get 10 days of leave -Management constantly asks you to do things they have not showed/trained you how to do which is normally fine but most of their provisioning software is proprietary with little documentation. -Other engineers constantly complain and talk about quitting in the general chat and bicker with each other over trivial things like grabbing each others tickets.
