Pros

Work-life balance is good, especially for employees working in the UK process. The company provides flexible working hours, and salary is always credited on time. The environment is manageable if you are comfortable staying in the same position without expecting rapid career growth or promotions.

Cons

Limited career growth, fewer promotion opportunities, and lack of a supportive team environment in some processes. Employees may stay in the same role for a long time.

Pros

You can learn some basics by doing things on your own and handling work.

Cons

There is very limited guidance from senior management. When help is needed, the answers are often generic and theoretical, which are difficult to apply in real work situations. Instead of practical support, teams are expected to figure things out on their own, even for important tasks. Because of this, a lot of time goes into trial and error, which slows down progress. There is also pressure to deliver results, but without proper direction, which makes the work more frustrating. Overall, it feels like teams are left to manage things without enough support.
