Pros

Local teams generally are nice but this is often due to camaraderie as a result of the wider awful and toxic environment and incompetence of senior management. This is likely to get even worse as management bring in mini me replacements. Everyone I’ve spoken to recently is either on their notice period, actively applying for new roles or hanging on to be made redundant. I’d expect huge turnover in the near future.

Cons

Favouritism, blame culture, 4 days in the office (even if you’d been hit by a car they’d expect you to be in), no work life balance, below market pay, no development or options to progress.

Private health care. There are no other pros.

Cons

Company has announced there will be an requirement to work 4 days a week in the office from September 2025. No work/ life balance and long working hours to work with APAC and EMEA colleagues. 100's of staff have left and there is an lack of experience and knowledge now. Mass redundancies still happening two years after BMO acquisition. Micromanagement from parent company and poor decision making from senior management. Poor culture.
