Pros

No pros, straight cons at this label. The constant revolving door doesn’t lie…..

Cons

Leadership is unfit to run a company and emotionally abusive to employees. If you are a POC, you will be targeted as the CEO is known to be a racist (unless you’re an artist on the label) - sick individual. If you are a woman, you will be silenced for having an opinion. The CEO strips employees you of any communication devices when entering meetings with him for the fear of being recorded. Known to be an alcoholic, this man is dangerous, mentally unstable, and a pervert. It’s only a matter of time until his artists find out who he really is. Dodge the bullet and don’t work here - this is where people go to die
