The pay is fairly competitive to any other factory job in Albertville, AL. The job itself is not very mentally or physically taxing.

Cons

The management is very poor, the working conditions are poor during the summer. The machines run very hot and without functioning AC, it gets very hot in the summer, especially on the higher elevations.
