      Pros

      Some of the most kind, smart, creative and curious people I've ever worked with. Everyone is so willing to jump in and help if you have questions or need support, and is genuinely so cool and nice. I've learned so much from my peers here, and working with people you really like helps make the work feel less like work.

      Cons

      A few of the systems in place make the work more complicated than it needs to be, but leadership seems to be open to optimizing and reconstructing. Growth & Development can feel inconsistent based on your department and/or manager. The hours can be inconsistent, some weeks are more demanding than others, but I think that's the nature of agency work.

      Great growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment

      Pros

      Almost ten years in, and I still feel like I'm growing. The opportunities have been real, the managers have been supportive (professionally and personally), and the company has evolved without losing what made it worth joining in the first place.

      Cons

      It's fast paced — if you can match the energy you'll thrive, but it's not for everyone. The industry changes constantly too, so if you are looking for a playbook that doesn't change year over year, this probably isn't the right fit.
