Pros
-Collabware is located conveniently in downtown Vancouver in a clean and trendy office. -Great opportunity to really "grab the bull by the horns" and run with an idea or opportunity -Executives and managements are supportive and offers opportunity for career growth -Friendly working environment (casual/laid-back) -Company products have great potential to scale -Focused on results and not time (flexible working hours, working from home etc) -Unlimited vacations, full benefits/MSP, office provided food/snacks
Cons
-Wouldn't say its a downside, but you'll definitely be working, learning and contributing. If you are expecting to coast through it, Collabware is probably not the right place for you.

Monthly town hall meetings that keeps everyone informed Flexible hours Unlimited vacation Group volunteering Monthly team events Dedicated innovation days for all employees to work on their own projects A lot of autonomy Employee feedback is encouraged and acted on Free lunch Fridays!
