      Salary is on time.HR is cooperative .

      Cons

      I worked with Collaborate for more than 1 year. They have only 1 project.They tell lie to new candidates that they have projects.Manager is arrogant ,He does nt have vision.He fires people like anything. In last 1 year 5 people are fired. If he will not like someone he will fire.. manager does not listen to them. Lazy environment where there is no value of technical people.

      No pros until your payroll is generated

      Cons

      Employees pay their insurances. Most importantly this company is being run by con-artists, so they cheat their own employees no matter how loyal you are to them.

      Pros

      Good way to start your career. But don't expect growth, training opportunities. You are in charge of your career. Grow on your own. Very simple, you work, you get paid.

      Cons

      Make sure you stay here for the duration of the greencard process. The company will cancel the paperwork if you accept a fulltime offer. Working on a percentage basis, you normally pay for the greencard process through payroll deductions. Yet they will cancel it once you leave. Lacks opportunities for growth. No mentorship. It's a bodyshop.
