If you enjoy dressing up in costumes and being a member of a cult, this will be right up your alley.
Cons
The whole company will be put up for sale asap (figure two years). Management's focus is exclusively on immediately pumping up numbers to prepare for that sale. No raises or bonuses for the past two years. It's all about sales, quality is not important. Worst of all, employees are forced to by into a facade of pop psychology and cultural statements that in the end, are self serving to management. Empowerment = You work more so management can make more money.
