Pros
Full remote (although they say hybrid). You will rarely visit the office You have the option to change the projects (just to keep in mind that it's not happening overnight) Most probably you'll have the chance to work with skilled colleagues You have a lot of platforms and access to courses to improve yourself, just that your time will be limited while being assigned to a project
Cons
The senior managers are usually selling you BS in the townhall meetings A new hire will get a better salary than a veteran employee who has proven his skills along the time (but I heard this is a common practice in the industry)
