They hire in hundreds and make them bring business by giving false commitments and forcing them to achieve numbers which are astronomical. Not enough lead for the type of hiring they do, and they expect everyone to perform big numbers and if you faIL to achieve your weekly numbers 2 time(irrespective of how good % you had in the previous months) you are thrown out without even getting an email from the HR
