      Pros

      1) A good team consisting of competent and friendly people. 2) A great opportunity for professional growth. Tasks are provided in various fields of development. It is possible to learn new technologies and use them on real issues. 3) Flexible work schedule and opportunity (if necessary) to work from home. Moreover, the home can be located even in another country. 4) Great office with pleasant trifles: coffee, sweets, sofa, etc.

      Cons

      There were problems with the organization of the work process due to the fact that almost everything is tied to the leader. This sometimes led to poor planning and the problem in performing the tasks.

      Thanks! You are not the only one who has highlighted the problem with delegation and CEO being a single point of failure. We are all collectively working hard on this problem and the situation is getting better month by month (especially with few recent hires).

      Pros

      1) The team of this company is friendly and reliable. 2) The atmosphere is fun and friendly ( cookies and coffee in the office) 3) A lot of real tasks for your professional growth 4) Help and explanation of your issues in the workflow

      Cons

      It is a new company and this company has a few problems with managment. For example, a lot of things depend only on one person, and when that person is busy, you can't get any help. If you want a new project or task, you have the same problem. (This is about DevOps position)

      It's a place where the only limit you have is your own idea of growth and success. Lots of opportunities for development and support from teammates, great vibes, your contribution is valued and celebrated.

      Cons

      A more distinct differentiation of responsibilities for non-technical staff might not hurt.
