      - Great atmosphere and lots of talent - Amazing bosses - Good salary - Lots of trust and responsiblity, can directly communicate with clients - Use proven technology over buzzword bingo

      Pros

      There are skilled developers in the company you can learn from them a lot.

      Cons

      - lying - delay in paying salary 15 days. - No working balance. - Ask you to fix bugs in weekends. - Ask you to work more than 40 hours a week. - lying to clients(CEO says to the client that I am a fulltime worker in his project and I was an intern working in more than 5 projects).
