People are great mostly. Good location.

Cons

Little to no on boarding, lack of clarity and vision, sink or swim and sometimes contradictory management styles that are coupled with an unstable platform, lack of transparency, low morale, high staff churn, and stress. Playing at being a software company in the digital transformation space.

Code was team focused and so felt a family working together towards a goal. Everyone supports each other and tried to achieve things together. If you are a slacker, you will quickly be found out. It really is a great company to work for!

Cons

No real cons, if you are afraid of upper management and brilliant adaptive minds, you should probably steer clear

Nice people Drinks and snacks on Friday Opportunities to travel to the USA, Ukraine and Spain Opportunities for good networking with car makers brands

Cons

Crazy business model where clients pay to get bugs fixed when those bugs shouldn't even exist in the first place No boundaries for roles, everybody is expected to make sales regardless of your role having nothing to do with sales Company likes to think of itself as creative, then hire creative people only to put the in technical roles that require no creativity but requires a lot of project management and technical skills, the person then fails and gets fired.
