- Super nice people who are passionate about the environment. - Easy to see the impact my personal work has on both in & out of the company. - Rewarding work.

Cons

It's hard to think of any. We could be more organized sometimes to make things flow smoother.

Advanced work that is defining the future of the industry. Great pay & benefits. I've gotten some great bonuses as well for meeting milestones and other individual accomplishments. Great team to work with.

Since I joined Code Green, I've had the honor to work with some truly amazing people. The fact that we know our work is changing the world for the better makes everything we do SO much more enjoyable. I honestly wouldn't work anywhere else.

Cons

Some challenges are more difficult than others, but there is always someone willing to help when needed.
