Pros

The employees were generally nice and fun to work with at first, but over time the culture declined as more good people left or were laid off. They have snacks.

Cons

Because the company is an agency, projects often shift based on client demands. Upper management rarely pushes back and this results in frequent last-minute changes and a poor work-life balance for primarily the developers and engineers. Compensation and career growth opportunities are extremely limited. If you’re experienced, you’ll likely find better pay and balance elsewhere.

Terrible pay, terrible work life balance, terrible leadership, and they take advantage of the terrible job market.

Pros

Coworkers. Most of the non management were awesome and great to work with

Cons

Everything else. - Management is terrible - Layoffs 3 years in a row - Removal of working fully remote because of "reasons" (Took about a year to implement because of push back and no one believed that it was Meta's doing} - Company relies too much on Meta and can't seem to get any new clients - Completing timesheets causes too much stress and anxiety
