Pros
When I joined, the work was both interesting and challenging. I embraced the startup atmosphere and its inherent energy. However, as Codasip has grown, we've acquired the perks of a larger company, but it's come with complexities that weren't initially present. This has brought about a mix of difficulties and layers of management, blending with the pay and career potential typical of a struggling startup.
Cons
a. Salary Revisions: I've observed that salary revisions tend to be a slow and less-than-pleasant process, yielding outcomes that are sometimes disappointing. A more streamlined and transparent approach could improve this experience for all involved. b. Employee Benefits: Many of the benefits seem to shift the cost burden onto employees. Striking a better balance between shared responsibility and genuine benefits would contribute to a more positive work atmosphere. c. Professional Growth: "codasip is not a language school". Self explanatory. d. Work Dynamics: Longer you stay, the assigned tasks seem to lose more and more of their initial intrigue and challenge. It's somewhat akin to periodically resetting one's career, albeit in less favorable conditions. Maintaining engaging tasks for all employees, regardless of tenure, could contribute to a more fulfilling work experience.
