Good People, Not great Partners

Pros

Great people that you're in the trenches with. Working with smart, driven individuals who are constantly looking to learn and grow. Benefits were pretty good, and the office is gorgeous. The work is really interesting. I can't believe I got to work on some of the projects I did. This was a place where you could move up really quickly if you were willing to ask and do the work.

Cons

Salary is a little low. It's supposedly on par with market, but I think it depends which department you were in. The leadership is a really mixed bag, and not in the good way. There are some Managing and Senior Partners are really amazing people, but a unfortunately a few rotten apples can spoil the bunch. Sometimes it feels like it's all a really big ego contest.
