Management has no vision, culture of gossip and heavy politics, management treats employees like commodities, and is only concerned about the bottom line.

I no longer work there. That is the only pro.

Cons

Lina is unstable and obsessive. She yells and demeans employees every single day. Micromanages every single thing, down to a potluck. Everyone is on eggshells around her. She has constant paranoia. It is just an unbearable and hostile work environment.
