We have the fortune of working with high quality professionals, we work on quality improvement consistently and we're grateful for the opportunity to provide quality services with you... Thank you for the comment.
I really appreciate the mission and efforts of CBA to provide quality services and make the application of quality applied behavior analysis more “user friendly” and welcoming! I strongly believe that CBA offers top notch counseling and behavior supports within a unified teamwork in ABI waivers in Kentucky that is not available in any other provider. I am very aware of how a counselor or other provider can undermine a BSP either knowingly or unknowingly. I am also aware of how desperately counseling is needed to assist as a model of and reinforcer of the behavior support plan implementation because the behavior support specialists can’t implement the plan and the others on team may not know about the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This uniqueness and teamwork makes CBA’s services and working environment most effective and positive! I’m very honored to be a part of this provider whose mission is the same as my personal mission and is first to blaze a trail in regards to providing innovative behavior and counseling services in this area!
Cons
The challenges of working at CBA is dealing with the funding source nuances and changes that effect CBA’s ability to provide quality ethical services to vulnerable populations. It is sometimes difficult to remain up to date with funding source changes, staff connections, and staff changes during this time of growth and development.
