Pros

they get fresh fruit in once a week

Cons

Lets start out with the pay. Its crap. They completely under pay their employees and over work them. The management does not know how to spend money well. They buy $500 dollar coffee machines but cant afford to give their employees a raise. Co-workers- Nothing screams bad company then when your co-workers constantly complain about everything. Clients, work, management, other employees. Its a constant bash session. And they hire the worst type of people. uneducated highschool drop outs, trashy ill spoken well fair cases (think Paterson), druggies who use constantly and parasite off of other people, pretentious man hating divorcees. its disgusting. not only do they talk behind your back, they are so passive aggressive its annoying. If you have a degree its actually frowned upon. The management team only hires those of whom are their friends and if you aren't, they make your life a living hell. The CO is probably the biggest psycho on the planet, and the owner is so oblivious it boarders on pathetic and scary. How this place is still in business is astounding. There is NO room for advancement. Once your in a position your stuck there forever.

Pros

I have worked for this company for 15 years. It is a great place to work and grow as a professional. Employees can enjoy all the benefits of a small company environment while having the opportunity to work with elite, globally recognized firms. The combination of a small company with a demanding client base affords one the opportunity to achieve and advance as far as your efforts will take you. The ownership and management team make great efforts to reward employees. They truly care about each one and have always provided full health and dental benefits and a year-end bonus. One truly feels they share in the company's success as they contribute to it.

Cons

The occasional negative employee, in a small company such attitudes are more visible and can have further reaching impact.
