      Pros

      Clicktripz has an awesome company culture. It is the best work/life balance I've ever had in a role. Everyone is open to feedback, great collaboration on projects. As an operations engineer, it was always fun to work on interesting high-scale problems, from thousands of requests per second to millions of SQL transactions. Great company, great leadership.

      Cons

      It's a small company with a big impact, so it can be challenging to get role promotions.
