      Pros

      This place is a fraudulent company attempting to get state contracts. I personally was instructed to write all the 5 Star reviews you see on Glassdoor. High turn over. HR preys on young talent, without college a education, promising them so much career advancement but then forced them into sales.

      Cons

      There is no direction. All employees are forced to do door to door sales and telemarketing no matter their position or title.

      Immature Company

      Pros

      Some people in the company are genuinely nice.

      Cons

      They lied about growth potential as the CEO is surrounded by people he knew from the past. They lied about only promoting from within the company and brought people from other companies to fill the positions they promised us. They sell solar and tell us not to say that at the door while using tactics to lure the homeowners into expensive loans. They yell at you if you question their wrongdoings and are very disrespectful. They will fire you for not being prepared because the training person didn't prepare you correctly. They even told us to write good reviews on Glassdoor and Google because people had spoken out about them.

      Company that doesn't respect it's employees or customers

      Pros

      Work on an environmental movement Some of the managers really know what they're doing Many staff are driven by mission. There's some real teamwork in small groups.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership from the top Low pay, late pay, incorrect pay broken promises, constant negative feedback and verbal abuse from CEO The leadership does not believe in taking feedback or advice.

We have taken a very hands-on approach to work directly with our people to influence their success. We apologize if our aggressiveness to improve came off as abrasive as that is not our intention. Sometimes we care more about employees success then they care about their own which may be why you sensed friction. Thank you for your hard work and good luck in your future ventures.
