Pros
-My manager was very nice and helpful in the 3 weeks of my employment.
Cons
-Clarus Power hired an entire team of Founding Ambassadors to lay them all off 3 weeks later. -For the job, I had to message all my friends and family telling them I just started working for a solar company, in order to convince them to invest in the panels. But it was embarrassing that I told everyone I know that I worked for Clarus, since I was laid off very soon. This made me feel like the company really didn't consider its employees in its decisions. -I was not paid on time, and there was not a lot of transparency in the process.

Great mission with the right motivation and brains behind the overall operation. This is a very dynamic company, they are always working towards building the best foundation for the most progressive outcome - their sustainable alternatives to energy and beyond will go far!
Cons
One should be relatively social and self-motivated to be successful in this company. An out of the box thinker.
