      relatively stress free since you don't have that much responsibility and the work itself is pretty easy

      Cons

      feeling like the department is undervalued, low salary, only 1 day per week of work from home, not very challenging work

      - Nice offices in the center of Madrid - Remote work once a week - Flexibility in terms of hours - Good benefits (healthcare insurance, transport, restaurant)

      - Low salary compared to the market - No possibility to grow professionally because the company is already mature and structured - Lack of consideration for employees in general
