      Was a close drive to work.

      Cons

      Terrible management and very unprofessional. Employees are always gossiping. Micromanagement is insane here. Work is stressful and they give no direction, but want perfect results. Do not work here.

      Pros

      They have competitive pay and an ESOP plan. Also my supervisors where easy to work for.

      Cons

      They work their employees hard during construction season and relocate their employees a lot depending on where the projects are, might find yourself in a camper in the middle of nowhere. They also lay off many of their employees in the winter.
