      Pros

      CitNOW has been one of the best places I’ve worked. The work-life balance is genuinely excellent – you're trusted to manage your own time and there's no pressure to "always be on." Everyone here is incredibly friendly and supportive. From day one, I felt welcomed and part of the team. The culture is collaborative and respectful, and it’s clear that leadership really cares about employee wellbeing. One of the biggest positives for me is that there’s no micromanagement – you're given the freedom to take ownership of your work, which makes a huge difference day to day.

      Cons

      Honestly, nothing major. Every place has challenges, but CitNOW handles things transparently and with care.

      Amazing environment, amazing opportunity for progressing, good company benefits

      Cons

      Annual pay increase for inflation was rather low considering the current climate, salary is below average for roll (the environment and job quality somewhat makes up for this)

      A company that lives and breaths it's values. Flexible working. Great benefits. Only recruit the best. Honest and open top down communication.

      I'm only 6 months or so in and genuinely can't find any cons at present.
