Thanks for taking the time to post a review. Since the pandemic upended our working lives, we have focused on creating work-life balance and policies for hybrid work, so that everyone could embrace flexibility, choose the environment that works best for them, and thrive in this very changed world. We've also done a lot of work on career mapping across the organization so that it's clear your next step could be and what skills/experience is needed to get there.
