Otherwise, don't join this team. Some items: 1) The pay/benefits is ridiculously low; 2) You won't find any talented developers here; 3) Your opinion will fall on deaf ears; they won't even bother to hear you; 4) There is no work organizational structure or methodology to software development; 5) Your boss, Grant is kind of an arrogant p r i c k (sorry)
