Pros

- The health and dental benefits are better than most contract companies - you gain loads of experience from work site peers - There are quarterly lunches that are paid for by the company - There are summer picnics and a holiday parties every year where the company spares no expense.

Cons

- Upper Management does not know how to run a company. - Company does not put out a consistent quality product to the companies they serve. - Company does not have you sign a new contract when moving into a higher level position so they can lowball you on pay. - They do not pay any where close to market rate.

Pros

Flexible Scheduling Standard Benefits (if full-time)

Cons

Pay: make sure to be clear on your salary expectations, because they will try to give you the lowest pay possible. Organization: It's a fairly small and growing company. Sometimes processes for on-boarding are unclear, especially if you work primarily as a contractor with one of their customers. Culture: If you are contracting with one of their customers in the area, then you don't get the experience of being part of Cinder. You'd either have to be working on a team there or make the effort to go to all of their social events.
