small and friendly environment with coworkers but nothing special from most other pod shops. Access to Street is similar to larger funds despite smaller size

risk doesnt let you take the risk you agreed on. they are very scared of volatility so be mindful of that

Very poor management! Numerous red flags, obvious micromanagement, lack of transparency, cold/zero empathy/compassion (obvious self serving upper management) Lack of any office camaraderie, banter, overall very boring and dull office scene Weak/ineffective training, in other words must learn role completely on your own Little or zero opportunity for upward mobility - low glass ceiling set at onset of employment Work location inconvenient Very risky job security - management manipulation clearly evident
