Supportive, positive environment Good review structure Emphasis on personnel development A really terrific organization with clear, unifying and motivating vision, mission and value statements, with a strong desire on the directors part to abide by them daily Good benefits

Some positions remain unfilled, causing more work for others, such that set goals are sometimes difficult to meet and effort is dispersed and not as focused as it needs to be sometimes Communication between departments and from directors could sometimes be better, especially among those who work on common projects Salary structure is challenging and pay raises few
