Pros

The people are probably the best part about working at Chick-Fil-A. Everyone is nice, friendly, and very willing to help out whenever you need information or guidance. Even the customers can be quite nice at times due to the atmosphere that the company provides. The work itself is challenging but satisfying. You are constantly helping others get what they wanted, which can give a sense of accomplishment. In addition, the job itself pushes great skills onto you such as time management, leadership, and teamwork - all of which come into play as you work here.

Cons

The job itself is fast-paced, which can become hectic for people who prefer a slower-paced environment. Sometimes this can lead to small accidents, especially if you are untrained or don't understand exactly what you are supposed to be doing at the time. Some customers can also be rude at times. Overall most are friendly, but I've personally been insulted with some very nasty language over the smallest of things, or even nothing at all / outside of my control.

Pros

Great first-time job especially while taking classes. Besides effective training and a supportive team, they provide quick opportunity for growth upon performance. Free meals and other meal perks for friends and family.

Cons

The usual unpleasant or difficult customers or uncooperative coworkers from time to time. Pretty low pay back then.

What a horrible place to work!

Pros

Having off on Sundays, unless of course they schedule you for meetings to come into that horrible mall.

Cons

Horrible and immature management. Nothing but extreme favoritism. They lie and promise you one thing, then use and abuse you once your there. They took away the free meals for employees which made it somewhat bearable to work there. They will stick you behind a register forever with no room for growth or improvement. This place has a high school mentality when it comes to how they treat their employees. Not only that but the customers at that mall are just plain horrible. You'll come home venting and crying every day at how miserable you'll be there.
