Management has no clue about manufacturing rules and compliance, they are hiring manufacturing professionals to try to clean up the mess they have but the problem is that they don't trust or listen to the people they hire. NO leadership, people who love to micromanage but have little to no manufacturing experience. A president which unfortunately is surrounded by enablers rather than counselors. Saw one too many labor laws broken. Frugal when it comes to taking care of hourly employees. Micromanage everything. DO NOT expect to be rewarded if you work and have a strong work ethic. They only talk about teamwork when it benefits the owners pocket.
