Horrible place to work. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

-Good business idea and. product - Ambitious management - Some flexibility - Nice working space office. - Some of the team are great and are actual team players (excluding management).

Cons

- Horrendous, inexperienced management who have no idea how to actually manage people. - Manager only cared about covering their own back. Willing to throw their team under the bus at any cost. They did this on a few occasions. - CEO didn't regard employees. - Technology regularly broke and sometimes did not work. - Company benefits could have been so much better. - Manager was a terrible listener who just spoke down to employees. - Not a pleasant place for women or a person of minority. - The manager had childlike mood swings. They were egotistical and unhelpful. - No career progression in my department. As an employee, one couldn't even suggest changes and improvements to methods. One was simply meant to be a robot. - Management did not value their employees. They are definitely in the way of retaining great employees (a few employees have left as a result of the said terrible management).

Pros

- Flat Structure - Responsibility and trust given to every employee to solve problems in a creative way - People-centric approach. Customers and employees are equally important. - Great focus on learning and development - Good fun place to be - Cool office - Solving a real problem with a cool solution and working with amazing clients! (Monzo, Zappos, Deliveroo, Transferwise, HelloFresh, HSBC, Houzz etc)

Cons

- Still a young company so some more structure is needed but trust that it will come

Great people and going places

Pros

Amazing tech and big focus on helping some really cool companies make things better for their customers. It's great to get to work with the likes of Uber, Monzo, Deliveroo... There is a huge focus on learning, there are fun Breakfast and Learns and you get to learn a lot about AI and how the product works. Everyone is very switched on and fun - it's an exciting place to be!

Cons

As with any start up, you can expect to work hard and have lots of accountability. On the plus side of this you have a big opportunity to make impact. As it is a new company a lot of processes and structure are still being put in place but they are working to build these up
