-Unfair Pay -No bonuses -Minorities are not treated fairly and with respect. You may survive, but you will NOT thrive in this culture -Terrible Medical Benefits-All employees are offered a high deductible plan

They will dog you! They’d rather build an unnecessary unused room and most recently open up a new facility than to give the employees that technically keep them in business a raise! If they can find a reason to feed you for the $ .10 -$.20 raise that you receive each year they will use it! For example their go to reason for the less than a quarter raises is “average pay for your position based upon our marketing research” They not once use real world factors like the price of living and how much rent is along with the increase in food gas etc. Funny thing is they are however able to constantly higher a new radiologist that never seems to stay past 6 months. The insurance is TRASH and the moral of the company is TRASH as well. Charlotte Radiology used to be a great place to work and the original owners actually cared. This new US Radiology company only cares about numbers and money for upper management’s pockets. I could go on and on. If you’re looking to work like a slave only to be paid the bare minimum then this is definitely the place for you! GOOD LUCK
