      Focus on construction is not great for support staff

      One of the more prestigious companies in Gainesville

      Cons

      The finance and accounting team is a bit of a mess. Lots of turnover. Inconsistent training. Expected to basically pick up things on your own despite limited SOPs, and an unclear desire for what is wanted by the people asking. Leadership of department seems out of step with staff.

      None to report. Unscrupulous behavior by management with little regard for employees. Little support offered or given. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

      No consideration for people. No moral compass. Poorly run. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Be careful!!!! Do not go to work for this company.
