Pros

Company is a tech disruptor Focused on building for the future. Negative reviews are clearly disgruntled former coworkers who couldn't hold themselves accountable for results Takes care of its team. Strong pay, paid benefits, discretionary time off, promotes big ideas and big picture thinking

Cons

Historically, has taken too long to move on poor performers As a recent start up, lacks in some processes and documentation

Pros

Good product with great potential. Good HR leader, great VP of Lender Relations and great VP of Sales who genuinely cares about his sales team.

Cons

CRO was very dishonest, not a person who keeps his word and will lie to your face. Once you're hired, you have a very short time (2-3 months) to get multiple Enterprise level contracts signed, if not, you’ll be fired without explanation and the next Enterprise Sales person will be calling on your rolodex that you’ve entered into Salesforce. Heavy tension is starting to permeate throughout the sales org primarily because of the CRO believing that Enterprise level accounts can be closed within two months. Everyone knows that Enterprise sales cycles take several months and sometimes a year-plus. As you know, sometimes you don’t get a response from a potential merchant until the 9th or 10th email, but the CRO wants contracts signed within a month or two; not very realistic, especially with the very limited marketing, no pricing structure and zero high level case studies to reference. Tip: If you still decide to make the jump, ask for at least 15k-20k more than you would normally ask during negotiation.

Pros

-Hiring process was fine -Value Prop is there

Cons

-Unethical... a history of firing people to not pay commissions. Word is, allegedly, they're now being sued. -Zero training, figure it out -Almost entire sales team gone in last 90 days. Hmmm wonder why.
