Pros
Channel Assist genuinely listens to their employees and values their input. Since day 1 I've felt like a part of the family. We are growing every day, being good at what we do, securing bigger and bigger contracts to ensure the long term growth and survival of the business. Which means job security! I feel that while we grow, my role in the business can grow too. And I look forward to that.
Cons
Working in a field role can make you feel separated from Head Office, but if you can overcome this, you'll be fine.
