Pros
Lots of smart staff, nice work environment, good HR policies. This organization attracts young hotshots and well-meaning, earnest legal scholar-types. Squeaky clean finances and lots of talent on board. A good learning opportunity.
Cons
Huge turnover among staff at all levels. Chaotic work environment with unrealistic workloads and deadlines. A sense that either you "fit in" or "can't cut it." Not super friendly or open. Out of the startup phase but still unclear of their identity. Hierarchal, with a somewhat tyrannical CEO.
