      - They offer proportional shares to all employees - They are a very nice team. Very easy to work with. - Cultural exchange between Brazil and France - Main language is English - Strong Social vision

      Cons

      - They are a pre market fit startup - There is no technical founder - The company are still improving its learnings on the Lean Mindset
