Cons
Management favors employees with good English skills over those with strong IT skills. When projects end, employees are benched, and management pressures them to resign rather than paying a three-month salary for termination. For the past two years, the top management has failed to secure any new clients for the company. Poor decisions from top management have led to the downfall of the company. Existing projects are continuously revamped but never released. There is no proper hierarchy for making technical decisions. Management boasts about ISO certification as an achievement instead of properly implementing Agile methodology.
