      they send salary time to time

      Cons

      this is the most ridiculous company I have ever seen.the mini manager is a joke with IQ lower than 100 based on his recent decisions.but he is not alone at his level.they all lick company director's "you know what".the salary is another joke and way lower than market average.company is missing future concept and experience.the most of experienced people are already gone.

      Pros

      - there are many different projects you can work on - there is a friendly atmosphere - there is an opportunity to travel around the world (because of the projects) - many things depend on individual agreement - if you are good at your work, you can rise you position very quickly (company's expansion)

      Cons

      - there is not as many benefits as in other companies - company does not have as much own projects - company expands very quickly and it leads to more bureaucracy

      No stress, young collective, home office

      Cons

      Lack of teambuildings, arrogant leadership, very low income in comparison to other similar jobs. Top management is very greedy and always 'prepares for economic crisis' so they dont have to increase salaries, spend of teambuilding etc
