      Good people but the lack of growth and diversity speaks for itself.

      Pros

      Decent benefits. Employees there are hard workers and care about what they do.

      Cons

      The product itself is so outdated its a surprise the company is still in business. Leadership is mostly made up of old white men who have no idea how to keep up with competitors. No innovation as a result. Employees waste most of their time trying to fix whats broken and apologizing for bugs or features that were promised by sales but don’t actually exist. Guarantee the company will be out of business in the next year or two. To top it all off the CEO openly gave a speech to the entire company using the phrase "I don't see color" then named 3 people of color that work for the company to prove his point.

      Great location in SOMA Reasonable benefits

      - Engineering BADLY needs a face-lift! . Who is the right mind will be using ColdFusion in 2014?! - Huge dependency on off-shore who have no vested interest in Certain' success - Very low revenue per SaaS company standards - QA has been functionally missing since 2010

      Pros

      A strong management team who have not once taken their eyes off the ball in moving toward the company goals, and doing so in a very transparent way. Quarterly All Hands meetings go through all results and metrics for all employees to see and on which comments and questions are welcomed

      Cons

      Although downtown San Francisco location is central to many areas, it is definitely not parking-friendly especially during large shows at Moscone Center which is only 1 block away
