      There isn't any pros for working for this very uncaring company

      Cons

      Everything is a downside there is no support from the office what so ever, they don't care about thier employees or thier service users, the office staff don't know what it is to care!!! I'd tell everyone to give this company a very wide birth, wages always wrong never can answer your questions can't work out holiday days change rules hour to hour so you don't know what you should or shouldn't be doing, talk to you as if your a pile of sh☆t. I WOULD NEVER WANT A MEMBER OF MY FAMILY TO BE "CARED" BY THIS COMPANY!!!

      Pros

      Awful place to work! Discrimination is a massive thing in this company. I ended up on a mental health ward and then put in a Psychiatric because of my branch I'm tamworth. In the process of taking them to court for work related stress and Discrimination to my disability.
