Became very cliquey by the time I was let go. Had personal meeting to discuss and sort out some things, and assumed that all was good and came to a mutual understanding, only to come in the following morning to be told that that day was going to be my last day at Centric and had already had a final paycheck and personal letter already written and in an envelope which just told me that this was already in the works and was going to let me go regardless of what happened in the meeting.
You can get very isolated very quickly and for no certain reason that I’ve been aware of such as the entire staff going somewhere for lunch and you’re literally the only person left at the office and was never even asked to go.
Can be hypocritical as a former employee was able to fly off the handle in frustration over something and bad enough to the point a fellow coworker left work immediately and was too scared to return yet they kept their job and all was okay afterwards; yet I can protest about how frustrated I am about not getting any help when I needed it and being singled out/left out for many things yet it’s me who is the bad guy and was “causing issues with fellow coworkers”
Can have a very odd work schedule but that can be expected and is stated in the interview and New Hire packet, but to the point where you can work every single day of the month without a day off in a row, except for maybe 3 or 4, and then work no shifts or 1-2 the whole following week (or 2)
