      Good Company to hire but bad place to work

      Pros

      It's a very good financial outlet. The employer matches a 401(k) for employees and has good benefits

      Cons

      The company has very limited paperless outlets and some employees are hard to work and/or get along with. Managers are very insensitive to personal problems and are very reluctant to make acommendations for employees.

      Can’t think of any at this time.

      Cons

      There is lots of gossiping about other co-workers and people are miserable. Regulatory issues. Only two weeks of paid sick and vacation combined. The firm embraces risk and will not pay for technology. There are plenty of other well established financial companies out there to work for.
